Last updated: September 2026. By using allentowngeneralcontractor.com ("the site"), you agree to these terms.
The service
- The site provides a contractor directory, planning guides and a ballpark project estimator for homeowners in the Allentown, PA area.
- Quote and contact requests you submit are emailed to the site owner so you can be connected with a local contractor. The site does not perform construction work itself and is not a party to any agreement you make with a contractor.
Estimator disclaimer
All dollar figures produced by the project estimator are ballpark planning ranges for budgeting purposes only and are not binding quotes. Actual project costs vary with materials, site conditions, permits and contractor rates. Always get written quotes from contractors before committing.
Directory listings
Sample listings are clearly labeled as demonstrations and do not represent real businesses. The site makes no guarantees about listed contractors' licensing, insurance or workmanship; homeowners should verify credentials and references themselves.
Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false information, spam the forms, or attempt to disrupt the site. Automated scraping that degrades service may be blocked.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" for informational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for decisions made using the estimator, guides or directory, or for the work of any contractor you engage.
Changes
These terms may be updated; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
